Subject: Prayer for immediate arrangement for vaccination in our locality. 

Sir,

We beg to state that small pox has broken out in this area of the town in an epidemic form. there are many people who have not been vaccinated as yet.

We have in the meantime asked the local Health Assistant to make immediate arrangement for vaccination but we have as yet found no response from him.

So, we request you to kindly send at least two vaccination for this area and oblige us thereby.
