Dear sir,

I, on behalf of the students of your school, beg to state that ours is a big and reputed school. We have a common room in our school. It is a part and parcel of our school. But it is a matter of sorrow that it is not well furnished. Its facilities are too poor. We need an English newspaper, four more chessboard with chessmen, two fans, a TV set, some chair and tables in the common room.

I, therefore, hope that you would take steps to increase/ providing more facilities to satisfy us as early as possible.
